Privacy Policy
White Rabbit e-Healthcare Solutions, LLC
Last updated: November 9, 2017
We consider the privacy of our Users to be of the utmost importance. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of White Rabbit e-Healthcare Solutions, LLC (“White Rabbit,” “We,” or “Us”) and what we do with the Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) both voluntarily provided by you and automatically collected and stored through your use of White Rabbit’s bio™ mobile and desktop applications and the services provided via such applications (the “BIO App”). While this policy is meant to specifically address Personally Identifiable Information, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your company’s information contained in Insight Requests (as defined in the End User License Agreement) and project deliverables consistent with our obligations in our agreements with you.
User ID and Password for Subscribers
Once you agree to our End User License Agreement and execute a Statement of Work (“SOW”) with Us, you will receive an email inviting you to the BIO App. The email invitation includes a URL link that will take you to the BIO App registration page, where you can enter your User ID and create a password. Your User ID is your corporate email address. Your newly created password is encrypted and hashed when transmitted to Us. Passwords are not stored in plain text. No administrator has access to your password, which is why it is important that you protect your password. If you forget your password at any time, you can request a prompt to reset your password.
Personally Identifiable Information
“Personally Identifiable Information” is any information that could reasonably be used to identify you including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. We do not sell any Personally Identifiable Information collected through BIO App.
Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
We collect and store the following Personally Identifiable Information from users registered with BIO App: corporate email address, first and last name, and the name of the organization that you are associated with. This information is gathered during the registration process. We also collect and store very general information concerning your role within your organization, specifically, whether it is a medical role versus a commercial role. We do not collect information concerning your specific employment title. We collect and store your registration date and invitation acceptance date.
We collect voluntary information that you submit through the BIO App, such as information that you include in Insight Requests or that you post to the Bulletin Board (as defined in the End User License Agreement). Any such information may contain Personally Identifiable Information. The information that you voluntarily submit through Insight Requests will be disclosed to our employees and contractors with a “need to know” for purposes of fulfilling their job responsibilities. The information will be used for such purposes as answering your questions, responding for requests for assistance, and aiding in the planning, design and development of the BIO App. Insight Requests and the information therein will also be viewable by members of your organization who you authorize to use the BIO App. Any information that you voluntarily post to the Bulletin Board may be seen by other users of the BIO App (both within and outside of your organization). We are not responsible for monitoring, protecting, or controlling the use of any Personally Identifiable Information that you may choose to post to the Bulletin Board. Once displayed on the Bulletin Board, that information may be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, so it is very important that you do not put Personally Identifiable Information in your posts.
Information Automatically Collected by Us
The BIO App uses tokens as part of its functionality. Each time that you log into your account, a session token containing a randomly-generated, encrypted, unique identifier (or authentication token) is placed in your browser along with your email address. This allows the BIO App to uniquely identify you and verify that you are an authorized User, as well as process your Insight Requests. The BIO App also uses session tokens to store some app-specific data, such as Insight Categories and Insight Requests. These session tokens are required to use the Subscription Service. However, session tokens are only stored for one session and are removed when you either log out of your account or close your web browsing tab.
In addition to session tokens, the application features a “Remember Me” option which stores your token in your browser’s local storage with NO expiration date. This “Remember Me” feature enables users to be logged into the application across multiple browser tabs without signing in multiple times. Currently local storage tokens will last indefinitely in your browser’s cache, but that standard is dependent upon your web browser. The security of the token is dependent on your web browser of choice. When a user logs out, the session and/or local storage token will be deleted.
Users cannot be logged into multiple devices at one time. If you log into a second device, you will automatically be logged out of the device on which you made the initial login. Your web browser may give you the option to store your User ID and password combination. Should you agree to allow your web browser to store your User ID and password combination, the storage of that information is governed by the privacy policy of the web browser developer and not White Rabbit. White Rabbit has no control over information you chose to have stored in your web browser.
The BIO App does not use advertising cookies and White Rabbit will not sell or share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the purposes of advertising or any other type of solicitation.
When you visit the BIO App, your Internet Protocol (“IP” address), current sign-in IP, last sign-in IP, and current and last sign-in date are collected and stored. Your IP address does not identify you as an individual.
In addition to storing your IP, the BIO App relies on Google Analytics™ to provide it with user metrics. Google Analytics™ uses cookies to determine a variety of user data, including, but not limited to: geographic location, IP, and browser information. If you use the BIO App on a mobile device, including through our mobile applications, Google Analytics™ may also collect non-personal information from your mobile device if you have downloaded our mobile applications. This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant information to you. Examples of information that may be collected and used include your geographic location, how you use the mobile applications, and information about the type of device you use. In addition, in the event our mobile applications crash on your mobile device, we will receive information about your mobile device model software version and device carrier, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of our mobile applications. Users cannot opt out of user metric collection by Google Analytics™. Please visit http://www.google.com for further information on Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Links to Other Websites
From time to time, the BIO App may include links to other websites which maintain their own privacy policies. Any personal information that you submit to any third-party website is governed by that third-party privacy policy and not the privacy policy of White Rabbit. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside third-party websites or their content. The links to third-party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites.
Emails from BIO App
During the registration process you are offered the choice of whether to receive BIO App account status notifications, as well as other news and information from the BIO App to your registered email address. Your registered email address is not shared with any third-party advertisers and any such emails come directly from White Rabbit. You may opt-out of receiving these BIO App emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or contacting us at info@mybioinsights.com.
Security
The BIO App uses commercially reasonable measures to protect the Personally Identifiable Information and Insight Requests it collects from you, as well as our responses to your Insight Requests. However, as previously stated herein, White Rabbit is not responsible for monitoring, protecting, or controlling the use of any Personally Identifiable Information that you may choose to post to the Bulletin Board. The BIO App does not scan file attachments uploaded by Users to the Bulletin Board for malware/viruses. It is the User’s responsibility to maintain appropriate antivirus software on any device(s) through which the BIO App is used and Users download files uploaded by other Users to the Bulletin Board at their own risk. Usage of the BIO App requires a Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) connection and we use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all in-transit data.
Compliance with Applicable Law and Employer Investigations
We will cooperate with law enforcement, judicial, and regulatory authorities to help ensure compliance with law. We may provide Personally Identifiable Information to appropriate governmental authorities upon receipt of a subpoena or court order, to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory investigations, or in the case of an emergency. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement and regulatory agencies regarding activities that we in good faith believe to be illegal. We undertake no obligation or duty to release such information, however, unless we are required to do so under applicable laws. We will also cooperate with employers to ensure compliance with company policy and our End User License Agreement and may share your Personally Identifiable Information with your employer in connection with any internal or governmental investigation, or in the case of an emergency.
Disclosure of Your Personally Identifiable Information
We disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the BIO App, the Personally Identifiable Information you provide will be shared with the third parties that you designate to receive such information. Depending on the type of access you grant to such third parties, they may also be permitted to edit the information you have provided to us and to designate others to access and edit such information. You may change your settings at any time as to who has access to your information by going to your account settings and changing your publishing options.
We may share some or all of your Personally Identifiable Information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers to: provide you with the BIO App; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to White Rabbit.
Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personally Identifiable Information, White Rabbit may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on White Rabbit or its Affiliates; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of White Rabbit, its Affiliates, or users of the BIO App; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our End User License Agreement.

There may be changes made to the Privacy Policy from time to time and White Rabbit reserves the right to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Current users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for changes. When changes are made, White Rabbit will make the new version of the Policy available at: www.mybioinsights.com/privacy-policy and within the BIO App under the “More” Tab and will update the “Last Updated” date above. When material changes are made, we will provide current users with notice (e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within the BIO App or by sending you an email), prior to any changes taking effect. Your continued use of the BIO App after the changes are effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
